1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of kbexporters.com and to the services provided by KB Exporters, trading as KB Exporters (“KB Exporters”, “we”, “us”), to you as a buyer (“you”, “the Buyer”). By using our website or placing an order through us, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Role
KB Exporters is a third party sourcing and export partner. We connect buyers with independent garment manufacturers in Pakistan and help manage sampling, costing, production follow up, quality inspection, documentation and shipping coordination.
We do not manufacture garments ourselves. The factories we work with are independent businesses. Where we arrange production, we act as your sourcing partner, and the details of each order are confirmed in writing between you and us.
3. Services
Our services include factory sourcing, sampling and costing, production monitoring, quality inspection, compliance and documentation, and export and shipping coordination. You may use one service or several. The scope and fees for each order are agreed with you before work begins.
4. Inquiries and Quotes
A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us, such as specifications, quantity, fabric and delivery timeline. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. They are not binding on either side until the order is confirmed in writing, and prices may change if your specifications, quantities or market costs change before confirmation.
5. Samples
Samples are made according to the specification you provide. Once you approve a sample in writing, it becomes the reference for bulk production. Please check samples carefully, because approved samples are used to judge the finished order. Sample costs and delivery charges are agreed in advance.
6. Orders
An order is confirmed when both sides agree in writing on the product, specification, quantity, price, delivery timeline and payment terms. Changes after confirmation must also be agreed in writing, and may affect the price and delivery date.
7. Prices and Payment
Prices are stated in the currency shown on the quote or order confirmation. Payment terms, such as the amount due before production and the balance before or after shipment, are agreed for each order before production begins. Payments must be made as agreed. We may pause work or shipment if payments are overdue.
You are responsible for any bank charges, taxes, duties and import costs in your own country, unless the order confirmation says otherwise.
8. Production and Delivery Timelines
Delivery dates are our best estimates based on information from the factory. Timelines depend on factors such as material availability, approvals, factory capacity and events outside anyone’s control. We will tell you promptly if we expect a delay and work to limit its effect. Unless agreed in writing, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
9. Quality Inspection
Our inspections check the order against your approved specification and the standards agreed with you. Inspection is carried out on a sample of the goods, and it reduces the risk of defects but cannot guarantee that every piece is free from fault. Inspection reports reflect what was found at the time of inspection.
10. Shipping, Risk and Documents
Shipping terms, such as FOB or CIF, are agreed per order and decide who pays for freight and when risk passes to you. We prepare export documents based on the information provided. You are responsible for checking that your own import requirements are met, and for customs clearance and any duties at your destination unless agreed otherwise.
11. Claims
If you find a problem with an order, please tell us in writing, with photos or other evidence, within +92 304 4172295 days of receiving the goods. We will review the claim, discuss it with the manufacturer and help work towards a fair solution. Claims made after this period, or for goods that have been used, altered or washed, may not be accepted.
12. Order Changes and Cancellation
You may ask to change or cancel an order before production starts, and we will do our best to help. After materials have been bought or cut, you may be responsible for costs already incurred. The details are confirmed in your order agreement.
13. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
We treat your designs, tech packs, samples, pricing and order information as confidential and use them only to carry out your order. You confirm that you have the right to use the designs, labels, trademarks and other materials you give us, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for any claim that arises from them.
All content on our website, including text, logos and graphics, belongs to KB Exporters or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KB Exporters is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost sales or loss of business. Our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the fees we received from you for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, power or utility failures, transport disruption, government actions, sanctions, trade restrictions and pandemics.
16. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or send harmful code. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error free or uninterrupted.
17. Termination
We may stop providing services if you breach these terms or do not pay as agreed. Ending a relationship does not affect rights or obligations that arose before it ended.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue in good faith. If it cannot be settled, the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan, have jurisdiction, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing for a specific order.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
